J. Employees meet resistance when it comes to implementing changes because they have personal contacts with the company employees and work everyday with them.

Since film screen speed on computed radiography systems are between 100 and 200 film screen speed, one should have their x-ray density settings set to match the film screen speed of the computed radiography system. It does not matter if it is a New or Old unit.
This will in turn help reduce unnecessary radiation exposure to the public.

A quick test for this is to place a 1 gal milk jug full of water with marker or metalic object under the jug. Make an exposure and if the system is not calibrated the image will be clear.
